Beardies are bright, happy, bouncy people with a fabulous zest for life. Easy to train, great family pets. Enjoy human companionship and can do obedience, agility, flyball and cuddles on the sofa. Need training, regular grooming and exercise.
A scent hound first and foremost. Intelligent, willing to learn and can be very loyal. Need training, grooming and exercise. Some enjoy obedience but all enjoy a good scent trail. Ears can turn off when the nose turns on, so free running is not possible for all of them.
